At Sound.me, we understand the importance of receiving timely and reliable payments for your hard work as a creator. To ensure that you receive your earnings without any hassle, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

1. Payment Processing Time:

After you have requested a payment by clicking “Get Paid” in your dashboard, please allow up to 3 business days for the payment to be processed and reach your PayPal account. We strive to process payments as quickly as possible, but some delays may occur due to external factors.

2. When to Contact Us:

If you have not received your payment after the 3-business-day window has passed, we kindly ask that you reach out to our support team. Our dedicated team will investigate the issue and assist you promptly to ensure that you receive your earnings without any further delay.

3. Payment Method

Currently, PayPal is the only payment method we offer.  We encourage you to ensure that your PayPal account is active and in good standing to receive your funds without any issues.  

4. 90-Day Notification Period:

It is important to note that you have up to 90 days from the date of the payment request to notify us of any issues or missing payments. After this period, we may no longer be able to assist with payment disputes or reissuance. Therefore, we encourage you to review your payments promptly and reach out to us if you encounter any issues.
